Integration of a self-service portal where users enter their token to view journeys, make payments, and download invoices — available via frontend and/or backend.

Parking and charging your electric vehicle has never been easier

Secure authentication

The electric vehicle user brings the card or mobile device to the terminal and secure authentication is carried out, in accordance with payment standards, at certified terminals.

Pre-authorisation

Before EV charging begins, a previously defined amount is temporarily assigned to ensure that there is sufficient funds to carry out the minimum charge. Partial authorisations possible.

Real-time monitoring

The system monitors the progress of the charging session, and if there is a need to continue charging beyond what was previously authorised, it triggers an incremental authorisation request, without disruption. The session can be closed by the user or automatically once the limit has been reached.

Collection at the end

Only the amount corresponding to the charging session is charged at the end. The difference between the pre-authorisation value and the actual value is released immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours (this may vary according to the issuer).

Automatic invoicing

Possibility of issuing a digital invoice based on transaction data. The application, which can run on the SmartPOS terminal, can have the option of entering email and tax data to receive the invoice.

Parking with the MB WAY App

On the parking meter, the MB WAY option will be available, and the user can set the desired parking time. With MW WAY app scan the QR Code available (created by the municipality or parking company in SIBS Backoffice). Confirm the success of the operation and remove the parking ticket.
