Parking and charging your electric vehicle has never been easier

Secure authentication

The EV user presents a card or mobile device at the terminal. Authentication is performed in accordance with payment standards at certified terminals.

Pre-authorisation

Before charging begins, a pre-defined amount is temporarily reserved to ensure sufficient funds for the minimum charge. Partial authorisations are supported.

Real-time monitoring

The system tracks the charging session. If charging needs to exceed the initial amount, an incremental authorisation is requested without interruption. The session can be closed by the user, or automatically when the limit is reached.

Settlement at the End

Only the amount corresponding to the charging session is captured at the end. The difference between the pre-authorised value and the actual amount is released immediately or within 24 hours (issuer-dependent).

Automatic invoicing

Issue a digital invoice based on transaction data. The application — which can run on the SmartPOS terminal — may include fields for email and tax details to receive the invoice.

Parking with the MB WAY App

At the parking meter, select MB WAY, set the desired parking time, and scan the QR code with the MB WAY app (generated by the municipality or parking operator in SIBS Backoffice). Confirm the operation and collect the parking ticket.
