With MB SPOT it is possible to carry out a wide range of operations such as: pre-paid service recharges, service payments, payments to the State and balance and transaction queries.

PRE-PAYMENT. SIMPLIFY PAYMENTS
MULTIBANCO offers multiple functions. One of the services it provides is to make payments/recharges for pre-paid services offered by telecommunication, transport and other companies.
With the advantage of being able to pay at any time from anywhere just by selecting the operation and following the indicated steps.
This offer is mainly aimed at the Telecommunications, Transport and Entertainment sectors. However, given the flexibility of the Multibanco Network, this feature can be adapted to suit any other Service Provider.
MOBILITY AND TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS MAKE ALL OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS RUN SMOOTHLY
With this service you receive payments from your customers through the Multibanco Network. This streamlines your charges, makes things more convenient for your customers and boosts your visibility in the Portuguese payment channel of choice.
This solution makes it possible to directly recharge a transport card in MULTIBANCO, as well as to recharge any ticket that the transport company intends to make available, by writing directly to the card’s chip, meaning that it can be used immediately for travel on the transport network.
The bank card can also be used in a post-paid format, and a reference number of the entity offering the service (mobile phone, identification, transport card, etc.) can be associated with a bank card through the MULTIBANCO (ATM) network.
This offer is aimed at all transport operators or ticketing system management entities.
As you can see, it is not by chance that mobility and MULTIBANCO both begin with an “M”.

BE SUPPORTIVE (SER SOLIDÁRIO) OPERATION STRESS-FREE GIVING
MULTIBANCO makes everything easier, even the act of giving. Just select the “Ser Solidário” (Be Supportive) option, select the institution to receive the donation and the amount to donate. That’s all there is to it! The operation also makes it possible to issue a simplified invoice for tax purposes.
This is the easiest and most direct way for charity institutions to receive your donations, as donors do not need to know the IBAN.
