Being SIBS

Attracting and developing talent, fostering a SIBS identity aligned with ethical values of integrity and sustainability, is another major objective o the Sustainability Program.

To this end, SIBS undertakes to:

  • Generate opportunities for personal, professional and mobility growth for SIBS teams
  • Valuing internal talent and attracting and developing new talent
  • Adopt policies and processes that promote personal and professional balance
  • Promote an inclusive and egalitarian workforce
  • Enhance a safe and attractive work environment, ensuring the health and well-being of employees
  • Maintain and enhance integrity and ethical conduct
  • Foster a culture of belonging and SIBS identity, based on its values

In this way, SIBS intends to contribute to two of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations:
